Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du gestaltest die finanzielle Steuerung, einschließlich (strategischer) Planung, Prognose und Berichterstattung (GuV, Cash, CAPEX).
  • Zudem fungierst Du als Hauptansprechpartner für Geschäftseinheiten oder Gruppenfunktionen in Fragen des Management Accounting/Controlling.
  • Darüber hinaus erstellst Du aufschlussreiche Standardberichte, Ad-hoc-Analysen, Geschäftsfälle und Finanzmodelle für die Geschäftsleitung als Grundlage für die Entscheidungsfindung und Ressourcenverteilung.
  • Du überwachst KPIs, identifizierst Abweichungen und leitest Gegenmaßnahmen ein und übernimmst eine aktive Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung von Management-Prozessen.
  • Außerdem unterstützt Du strategische Finanz- sowie operative Verbesserungsprojekte mit globalem und geschäftsbereichsübergreifendem Umfang.
  • Nicht zuletzt beteiligst Du Dich aktiv an der Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Finanzgemeinschaft und förderst und koordinierst den Austausch bewährter Verfahren.

What you bring

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast einen Hintergrund in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen und bringst eine hohe Affinität für Controlling/Management Accounting mit.
  • Darüber hinaus verfügst Du über erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich eines mittelständischen oder großen Unternehmens, in der Beratung oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung.
  • Zudem bringst Du breites Finanz- und betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how mit, idealerweise kombiniert mit Erfahrung im Projektmanagement. Erfahrung mit Controlling-Tools (ERP, Analytics, BI, Dashboarding) ist ein „Plus“.
  • Als Teamplayer begeisterst Du und hast Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten und Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten aus.
  • Du verbindest Durchsetzungsvermögen mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Konzeptionsfähigkeiten und Du meisterst durch Deine hohe Kommunikations-, Begeisterungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit jede Herausforderung.
  • Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
