Du willst operativ im Lager arbeiten aber auch Bürotätigkeiten erlernen? Dann bist Du bei uns inGießen genau richtig! Mit Dir an Bord behalten wir stets den Überblick, denn Du lernst in deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung wie Du unsere logistischen Lagerprozesse planst und organisierst. Nach erfolgreicher Abschlussprüfung streben wir Deine Übernahme an und möchten Dir zusätzlich die Möglichkeit geben, Dich zum Team- oder Schichtleiter weiterzubilden. . 

  • In 3 Jahren: Du lernst alles über unsere Lagerprozesse - vom Warenein- bis Warenausgang. 
  • Alles im Griff: Egal ob Zahnpasta, Werkzeug oder Outdoor-Equipment: Du nimmst die Ware an, prüfst die Papiere und lagerst sie ein.
  • Hightech: Dabei arbeitest Du mit modernster Technik - den Staplerschein gibt es von uns on top!
  • Büro: Mit Deinem Auge fürs Detail kontrollierst du Warenbestände, ermittelst Kennzahlen und optimierst die logistischen Prozesse. 
  • Top Betreuung: Dein Ausbilder steht dir als Coach und Mentor mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und unterstützt Dich auf Deinem Weg.

  • Schulabschluss: Deinen Schulabschluss hast du (bald) in der Tasche. 
  • Motivation: Generell zählen Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft mehr als Schulnoten.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
