DE FUNCTIE
Ben jij een gedreven Customer Service Export Operator en fulltime beschikbaar? In de functie van Customer Service Export Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel en commercieel afhandelen van luchtvrachtzendingen met als doel het leveren van optimale dienstverlening aan de klant.

Je bent ondernemend, loyaal, vasthoudend, gedreven en beschikt over een flinke dosis humor en doorzettingsvermogen. Wij zijn op zoek naar een klant – en resultaatgerichte Customer Service Export Operator, met beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift. Je hebt kennis van logistieke processen en luchtvaartwetgeving, toegepaste kennis van douanezaken, sterke affiniteit met de transportmarkt en inzicht in tariefsopbouw en het tot stand komen daarvan.
