What you can expect
- Tatkräftig unterstützt du uns bei der täglichen Tourenerstellung für die Endkundenbelieferung.
- Du verantwortest die Vor- und Nachbesprechung der Touren und suchst stets nach Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.
- Dabei bist du der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unser Fahrpersonal und unsere Subunternehmer.
- Durch die Übernahme der Termin- und Qualitätsüberwachung sowie der kaufmännischen Bürotätigkeiten stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
- Weiterhin bist du zuständig für die Kontrolle der Fahrzeuge und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenservice und Fahrpersonal.
What you bring
- Deine Basis stellt eine erfolgreiche kaufmännische Ausbildung dar, idealerweise zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Disponent ist wünschenswert.
- Du verfügst über gute regionale und geografische Kenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
- Außerdem bringst du eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung mit und behältst auch in turbulenten Zeiten den Überblick.
- Nicht zuletzt bist du bereit, im wechselnden Schichtdienst (Früh- und Spätschicht im Zeitraum von 06:00 Uhr - 18:00 Uhr) zu arbeiten.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
