What you can expect
- Als Teil unseres Experten-Teams bist Du für die störungs- und fehlerfreie Datenübertragung bei Administration und Aufschaltung unserer Kunden zuständig.
- Dabei betreust Du bestehende Datenschnittstellen und richtest verschiedenste Datenkonvertierungen, inklusive den dazugehörigen Kommunikationswegen (z.B. SFTP, HTTPS) ein.
- Die Fehlererkennung, -analyse und -behebung sowie die Erstellung von Dokumentationen gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich.
- Auch die Administration und Überwachung von EDI Services (z.B. Lobster_pro, Lobster_data) sowie die Koordination und Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungen liegen in Deiner Hand.
- Last but not least bist Du Ansprechpartner bei technischen Fragestellungen unserer Kunden als 2nd-Level-Support.
What you bring
- Idealerweise hast Du eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker, ein Informatik-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen.
- Zudem konntest Du bereits Erfahrung im EDI Bereich sammeln und bringst fundierte Erfahrung mit Datenkonvertierungstools (idealerweise Lobster_data) mit
- In jedem Fall bist Du mit gängigen Nachrichtenformaten und Kommunikationsprotokollen (z.B. EDIFACT, XML, JSON, AS2, SFTP) vertraut.
- Darüber hinaus hast Du ein ausgeprägtes Dokumentationsbewusstsein und überzeugst durch Deine konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und verfügst über eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
