What you bring

  • Completed education or studies, ideally with focus on human resources, psychlogy or a comparable qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of people development
  • Experience and expertise in diagnostic assessment procedures
  • Quick comprehension and high target orientation
  • Implementation and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

 

  • Excellent communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration
  • Intercultural competences and a global mindset
  • Open minded for change management processes
  • Assertiveness and decision-making ability
  • High level of empathy
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • High flexibility and hands-on-mentality
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Willingness to travel
  • Language competencies: English, Level B2, if not the capability to make this in the first 6 months

Recruitment Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
