What you can expect
- Sie gestalten den Aufbau eines Global Mobility Bereichs in unserer Zentrale aktiv mit und sind ein Spezialist im Thema Immigration.
- Sie sind für die Koordination und Durchführung der Entsendung unter Berücksichtigung sozialversicherungs-, arbeits- und steuerrechtlicher Aspekte zuständig.
- Sie verantworten die Optimierung und Umsetzung unserer unternehmensinterner Entsendungsrichtlinien.
- Sie erstellen Checklisten und Guidelines für unsere dezentralen Einheiten unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und gruppeninterner Richtlinien.
- Sie koordinieren die Analyse und das Risk Assessment komplexer Sachverhalte in allen Dimensionen (Immigration, Tax, Social Security und Labor / Legal) sowie die Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung konkreter Lösungen.
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zu Corporate Tax und Payroll im Rahmen von Tax Compliance zu Themen wie Betriebsstätten, Lohnsteuer sowie zu internationalen HR-Kollegen.
What you bring
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt internationales Personalmanagement, Steuern, Finanzbuchhaltung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
- Sie haben mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Expat-Management / Global Mobility und konnten bereits Erfahrung in Angelegenheiten rund ums Thema Immigration sammeln.
- Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie auf dem Gebiet der Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen mit.
- Sie haben die Fähigkeit zwischen verschiedenen Interessensgruppen erfolgreich zu vermitteln und Sie zeichnet ein zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil sowie Teamfähigkeit aus.
- Sie bringen eine gute analytische Fähigkeit, ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz und Eigeninitiative mit.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für Sie ein Leichtes.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
