What you can expect
Warehousing Solutions bedeutet für uns nicht nur, eigene Läger für unsere Kunden zu bewirtschaften. Wir erbringen als Inhouse-Logistiker unsere Dienstleistungen auch direkt vor Ort bei unseren Kunden. Hier kümmern wir uns im Werk um sämtliche Prozesse der Lagerlogistik - vom Wareneingang bis zur Aufbereitung der Produkte.
- Als Schichtkoordinator spielst Du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung in der Produktion, denn in dieser Funktion leitest Du ein Team von bis zu 20 Mitarbeitern und organisierst und steuerst die Abläufe des Tagesgeschehens.
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team optimierst Du bestehende Lagerprozesse, stellst die Einhaltung von Produktionsvorgaben sicher und unterstützt damit die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Standortes.
- Zudem ist die Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsleitung und anderen Abteilungen von großer Bedeutung.
- Nicht zuletzt bist Du ein Vorbild, wenn es um Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ordnung geht und trägst Sorge für die Einhaltung der entsprechenden Maßnahmen.
What you bring
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem logistischen Bereich hast Du bereits in der Tasche, alternativ verfügst Du über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion.
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitern sind wünschenswert.
- Der Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen Office-Programmen ist bei Dir unproblematisch, Erfahrungen mit einem Lagerverwaltungssystem sind wünschenswert.
- Uns im 2-Schicht-System zu unterstützen ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist zuverlässig, kommunikationsstark und zeichnest Dich durch Dein selbstsicheres sowie freundliches Auftreten aus.
- Nicht zuletzt bringst Du grundlegende Deutsch-Kenntnisse mit.

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
