What you can expect

  • Sie kontieren und verbuchen laufende Geschäftsvorgänge in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
  • Ebenso gehören Bankverbuchungen in Ihr Aufgabenfeld.
  • Dabei unterstützen Sie kompetent die Datenaufbereitung für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer sowie das Steuerteam im Bereich Backoffice.
  • Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie gemeinsam im Team an verschiedenen Sonderthemen (z. B. Reisekosten, EZB Meldungen oder Qualitätssicherung von Stammdaten).
  • Für unsere internen Kollegen fungieren Sie als kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen rund um das Rechnungswesen.

What you bring

  • Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Ihre fundierte Berufserfahrung kombinieren Sie idealerweise mit steuerlichem Basiswissen.
  • In MS Office sind Sie versiert und haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware, vorzugsweise DATEV oder SAP.
  • Sie sind aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Themenfeldern und können sich bei Bedarf schnell auf neue Software-Tools einstellen.
  • Zudem bringen Sie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr strukturierter Arbeitsstil sowie Ihre klare Serviceorientierung durch Ihre Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
