What you can expect
- Du leitest aktiv Projekte in allen Unternehmensbereichen von der Konzeptentwicklung bis zur Umsetzung und verantwortest Budget, Termine und Zielerreichung
- Engagement im Bereich Operational Excellence: Du etablierst Standards, treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran und misst Erfolge anhand definierter KPIs
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Teams zusammen, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und stellst den Projekterfolg sicher
- Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen aktiv voran, um zukunftsorientierte Lösungen zu implementieren
- Du entwickelst Methoden und Standards weiter, um Effizienz und Qualität nachhaltig zu steigern
- Du erstellst Projektdokumentationen und berichtest regelmässig an Stakeholder
What you bring
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Projektmanagement-Erfahrung im Industrie- oder Logistikumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Agile, Scrum, Wasserfall) und Operational-Excellence-Praktiken (z. B. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Praktische Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung und Change-Management
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, versierter Umgang mit grossen Datenmengen, unternehmerisches Denken und eine strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
